Nicola grew up in Selva di Montebello, in the province of Vicenza, on volcanic soil shaped thousands of years ago by underwater eruptions. Here, among the Garganega vineyards, olive trees, and orchards, he took his first steps, breathing in the scent of the earth and his family's agricultural tradition from an early age.

After periods of study and experiences abroad, he chose to return to his roots to work alongside his father Agostino, a key figure in the history and evolution of the family winery. Today he is an enologist, agronomist, and beekeeper, living in the heart of this unique landscape, surrounded by basalt walls, cultivated fields, and silence.

He passionately carries on the work of the Menti family, combining experience, innovation, and deep respect for the land.

His wines, always elegant and mineral, reflect the profound identity of this territory: the strength and purity of a land of fire.
