PRODUCTION AREA:
Vestenanova area, in the Verona part of the Lessini Mountains, on basaltic soils of volcanic origin at 300 meters above sea level
HARVEST:
Harvested exclusively by hand in mid-October.
TECHNIQUE:
Soft pressing followed by white winemaking. Roughly filtered and bottled in April according to the lunar calendar to obtain, after about two months, a naturally sparkling and dry wine.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Sparkling wine with a straw-yellow color, with a delicate aroma of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon and white fruits such as green apple and white peach.
The taste is slightly acidic, with mineral notes that give the wine a particular savoriness and freshness.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers and fish dishes.
