Lessini Durello D.O.C. – Spumante Metodo Charmat extra brut
ALCOHOL CONTENT:

PRODUCTION AREA:
Vestenanova area, located in the Alpone Valley.
HARVEST:
Harvest carried out exclusively by hand in mid-October.
TECHNIQUE:
Pressing through soft pressing with subsequent white vinification. Refermentation obtained with long Charmat method (90 days) in stainless steel autoclaves, at a controlled temperature of 15-17°.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Sparkling wine with a straw yellow color, with a delicate aroma of white fruits, such as peach, and exotic fruits such as grapefruit, citrus, papaya, mango and lemon.
The taste is pleasantly acidic given the residual sugar of around 3 gr/lt, with intense mineral notes that give the wine a particular savoriness and freshness and abundant salivation that cleanses and gives a sensation of long-term cleanliness and freshness.
Fairly fine, numerous and persistent bubbles.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers and fish dishes.
