HARVEST:
Harvest carried out exclusively by hand around mid-September.
TECHNIQUE:
Pressing by soft pressing with subsequent white vinification in stainless steel barrels, at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Dry, young wine, straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections and a floral and delicate scent of white flowers.
The main taste-olfactory notes that stand out are those of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and apple, and exotic fruits such as pineapple and papaya.
The flavour is dry and harmonious, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Ideal as an aperitif, it prefers appetizers and pairs excellently with white meat, fish and light cheese dishes.
