Strictly traditional, classic blend, destemming and crushing, fermentation in steel tanks for about 10 days, frequent pump-overs, daily checks. Matured in wood for 12 months in 250-liter Slavonian oak barriques. The alcoholic strength of Valpolicella Classico Doc Massaro Norma is 14.5% Vol. Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Doc Massaro Norma pairs perfectly with first courses such as soups, risottos, and pasta, or second courses of meat and fresh or aged cheeses. It maintains its characteristics for more than 9-12 years. As tradition dictates, red wines should be stored in cool places (below 18 degrees) with low light and not subject to significant temperature fluctuations.
